AKIPRESS.COM – The Bishkek police detained workers of the Bishkek asphalt service enterprise, who drank alcohol when patching the road. One of the men was urinating in the pothole.
The video of violations was published by the advisor to President Japarov, Bolot Ibragimov.
The police registered a fact and launched pre-investigation check.
Five men were identified and brought to the investigation service.
The protocol of administrative offense was drawn up against men drinking alcohol in a public place. The urinating man was taken into custody for 3 days.
