Amazon Fire TV Stick users offered ultimate reason to try something so much better

If your current streaming stick is starting to stutter then now is a very good time to go online shopping. Amazon has just announced the launch of a mega money-saving sale on some of its popular own-brand devices and one of the biggest deals makes the firm’s ultimate Fire TV Stick way more affordable. That’s good news as Express.co.uk recently urged Fire TV fans to be cautious before buying a new device after Amazon increased prices but this deal is one not to be missed.

The Fire TV Stick 4K Max usually costs a hefty £64.99 but that price has now been slashed to just £38.99 – that’s a whopping 40 percent off. For those not already aware, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max is Amazon’s most powerful streaming stick with it not only featuring fast processing power but also Wi-Fi 6 technology for smooth and speedy streaming and downloads.

As the name suggests, this device offers 4K boxset binging plus there’s support for Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10+ and immersive Dolby Atmos audio.

The device ships with an Alexa voice remote which makes it easy to find content, pause shows and launch apps via speech commands.

Owners are also treated to Amazon’s Picture-in-picture technology which lets them see who has rung the Ring doorbell without it interrupting what’s being shown on the screen.

This is the top-of-the-range Fire TV Stick and thanks to the price cut it’s now cheaper than the standard device (£44.99) and only a few pounds more than the entry-level Lite model (£34.99).

Along with that streaming stick deal, there’s another offer worth considering. Amazon has also slashed the price of its Pro remote which is now just £27.99 – saving 20 percent.

This neat accessory lets Fire users upgrade their viewing experience with the controller getting backlit keys, customisable buttons and an alarm inside which helps users track it down should it slip under the sofa.

There are also all the usual quick buttons for speedy access to favourite apps plus there’s now easy linking to Bluetooth headphones via a simple tap on the remote.
