The Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center will hold its first Barktoberfest 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, in Riverside’s White Park, 3901 Market St.
The dog-friendly fundraising event, open to those 21 and older, will feature tastings from local craft breweries and food available for purchase, plus music and activities, according to a news release.
.General admission tickets are $55 and include entry and unlimited beverage tastings. VIP tickets are $75 and include early entry, at noon, plus branded swag and a special seating area, according to the news release. Designated-driver tickets are $20 and include unlimited tastings of non-alcoholic beverages.

Proceeds will help fund programs and services of the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center, a nonprofit organization at 6165 Industrial Ave., Riverside. The center is open noon-7 p.m. Wednesday through Monday.
