Disney Plus users urged to take note of important date …or risk paying £36

Disney Plus users are being warned of an impending deadline which means they risk paying £36 more for the service due to a price change.

The streaming service announced last week that it would be raising its prices on November 1 – meaning all your hit series such as Marvel and Star Wars will cost more to watch.

Disney said that it would be bringing in three new tiers to the streaming service this year with prices starting at £4.99 a month (with adverts) and go up to £10.99 a month for a premium service.

Currently, Disney+ users can watch everything without adverts for £7.99 a month but that will rise to £10.99 if you want to watch without adverts.

But there’s good news if you want to avoid the price rises. You can grab a yearly subscription for £79.90 a year and get 12 months for the price of 10.

You’ll avoid the price rise that is set to comes in on November 1 and enjoy all your favourite shows in the meantime.

Disney Plus is the only streaming service with every entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including recent blockbusters like Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Thor: Love and Thunder, and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness as soon as they leave multiplexes worldwide, as well as exclusive companion shows like She-HulkAgatha: Coven of ChaosMs. MarvelLoki, and WandaVision to name just a few.
